Entretanto, muitas vezes n\u00e3o \u00e9 poss\u00edvel utilizar a abertura da matriz recomendada devido ao comprimento da aba a ser dobrada. As rela\u00e7\u00f5es abaixo indicam a abertura m\u00e1xima e m\u00ednima para cada grupo de espessura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>e<\/strong> &lt; 3 <em>mm<\/em> \u2192 Abertura <strong>V<\/strong> = 5 a 9 X <strong>e<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>e<\/strong> \u2265 3 <em>mm<\/em> \u2192 Abertura <strong>V<\/strong> =7 a 13 X <strong>e<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"aba-minima\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Aba m\u00ednima <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A aba a ser dobrada deve ser superior a aba m\u00ednima poss\u00edvel na abertura escolhida. Caso se deseje realizar a dobra em um comprimento diferente de um metro, deve-se multiplicar o comprimento linear desejado, em metro, pelo valor encontrado na tabela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>F<sub>c<\/sub><\/strong> = <strong>F<sub>t<\/sub><\/strong> X <strong>L<sub>m<\/sub><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Onde,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>F<sub>c<\/sub><\/strong> = For\u00e7a necess\u00e1ria para a dobra em a\u00e7o SAE 1020 (45 \ud835\udc3e\ud835\udc54\/\ud835\udc5a\ud835\udc5a<sup>2<\/sup>)<br><strong>F<sub>t<\/sub><\/strong> = For\u00e7a unit\u00e1ria da dobra<br><strong>L<sub>m<\/sub><\/strong> = Comprimento da dobra, em metros<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A fim de fixar melhor o conhecimento apresentado, a seguir \u00e9 apresentado dois exemplo pr\u00e1tico de como utilizar a tabela de dobra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\" style=\"padding-left:0;font-size:16px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400\"><strong>Exemplo Pr\u00e1tico 1:<\/strong><br><br>Desejo dobrar a chapa SAE 1020 de 1\/4\" (6,35 mm) de espessura, com uma aba de 35 mm, no comprimento de 2,7 m. Determine a for\u00e7a necess\u00e1ria atrav\u00e9s da tabela de dobras.<br><br><strong>1\u00b0 Passo:<\/strong> A abertura ideal do canal V seria de 60 mm, por\u00e9m olhando a coluna B da tabela, n\u00e3o \u00e9 poss\u00edvel dobrar a aba desejada. Atrav\u00e9s do limite de resist\u00eancia em k\ud835\udc54\/\ud835\udc5a\ud835\udc5a\u00b2 do material que se deseja dobra, apresentado na Tabela 1, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel encontrar o do fator C. Atrav\u00e9s da multiplica\u00e7\u00e3o abaixo \u00e9 poss\u00edvel fazer a compensa\u00e7\u00e3o do material para calcular a for\u00e7a necess\u00e1ria para a dobra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
